How is coaching different to counselling?

Coaching takes clients from present to future — helping someone move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose whereas in counselilng we often go from past to present — healing emotional wounds, trauma, or mental health issues.

What is the cost of coaching?

Do you only offer in-person sessions?

I offer online sessions over Google Meet, as well as in-person session. If you would like something more unique, I also offer sessions in a private woodland where you can connect with nature and yourself.
