How is coaching different to counselling?

Coaching takes clients from present to future, helping someone move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. In counselling, we often go from past to present — healing emotional wounds, trauma, or mental health issues.

What is the cost of coaching?

Do you only offer in-person sessions?

I offer online sessions over Google Meet, as well as in-person sessions. If you would like something more unique, I also offer sessions in a private woodland where you can connect with nature and yourself.
